Alyson's Story
A born and raised Hoosier, Alyson believes every person deserves respect, compassion, and the freedom to choose their own life path.
She decided to apply to law school after watching a documentary on the Innocence Project, a program that helps exonerate the wrongly convicted.
In 2022 she was accepted to IU McKinney School of Law. She graduated in 2025 cum laude with graduate certificates in Health Law and Advocacy Skills.
Alyson is a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Marion County.
As part of the busiest criminal justice system in Indiana, she is responsible for hundreds of active criminal cases.
She enjoys the chance to keep her community safe and offer a helping hand to those in need.
County Council Issues
As your Boone County Councilor, Alyson will focus on the following issues
Building trust through clear, transparent communication between the community and county leaders
Ensuring responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars
Protecting Eagle Creek and Zionsville’s water supply from the LEAP district
Bringing balance to Boone County politics
Because Boone County taxpayers deserve to know where their taxes go
